That the rock i Loved.... C that guy at the edge of the rock ....lying down -

It does not get any better than this.

A picture perfect trip down to a place which has always been on my wishlist to be ventured.

The night of 06 Aug 2007 , me and my pals from PW ventured out with a thought to see the tallest waterfall in India - Jog Falls.

Travelling overnight had never been a problem as i guess most of us are used to it , as all our trips have been an overnight Journey ( Only to be scared that the driver might fall asleep- but with a gang like mine i am sure he will never sleep , not even when he RIP ;-))

The roads were decent not too bad i guess. We reached early morning and put up at a hotel called XXX , not a great place to stay , but since it was only for a day and to clear out our tummies and give ourself a wash it was decent. They charged us approx 600 per day .

Totally forgot to mention abt our gang Anant , Viju , Usman, Adi, Sarita , Nams , Veena and Me ... the perfect 7 for a trip like this i wud say ;-)

It was pouring cats and dogs , but believe me , i feel that the rain is what added to the serenity of the places and splendour to our moods.

We all purchased caps for 5 rs each ;-) , Caps which never fit ny off us or did any good to our head..... all drenched and ready to trek down to the falls.

The first vision of this place was glorious ... never had i seen 4 great falls collage into such splendid beauty. It was like each pouring its our contribution to the river and only with greater force everytime we say it. For a few moments felt that it can clear out all the tension and pressure which works on each one off us at all times.

We took a trek down to this place , and believe me though the trek was a lil rocky , its one of the best ones i have come across. Wet Wet Wet rock i thought would hinder our journey , but they just obeyed our footsteps and give better comfort as we progressed.

The green surroundings added nothing but splendour to the white falls.

It took us approx an houd and half to reach down, and another couple of hours to climb back.

Then we went on top of raja falls to experience one of the most beautiful visions of my life. A view which on which i really got a high. Its now popularly known as " Mungaru malle point "

I can keep on writting but , the impact is when u experience this place .

Dont miss out to go there this rainy season ;)
